November Workshops Announced 

Please join us for the fourth round of VISION 2050 Public Workshops in November. Register today!

The next round of interactive workshops has been scheduled for November 9-19. There will be seven workshops around the Region—one in each county—open to the general public. The November workshops will provide an opportunity for you to find out how three detailed land use and transportation alternatives compare based on a thorough evaluation. You will also be able to provide input into what should be included in a preliminary recommended plan for VISION 2050.

At the workshops, we will be presenting the three VISION 2050 alternatives—one "Trend" alternative and two alternative plans that depart from the Trend. We will lead you through a small group exercise aimed at helping you understand how the alternatives would perform. Then we will ask you to identify which elements of the alternatives you like—or don't like.

Your feedback will be important as we consider how to structure the preliminary recommended plan, which will be the focus of the fifth and final round of VISION 2050 public input next year.

Each workshop will last about 90 minutes and is open to the general public. Snacks and refreshments will be provided at each workshop.
